Our India Desk offers comprehensive advice on all issues in connection with your entry into the Russian market. We work closely with our sister company, Brand & Partner, forming a one-stop company that provides the full range of required services.

The professionals working in this area worked with Indian clients and our partner accounting and tax firms in India for many years. This experience allows us to make sure that both inbound and outbound projects and transactions of all sizes and in virtually all industries can be handled efficiently both from a time and from a cost perspective. In addition, the cross-cultural experience and language skills of our lawyers help to make you feel right at home in Russia.

Most recently, together with the Indian Business Alliance in Moscow and the Delhi-based firm RNM India, we held an online seminar in English for Indian companies about “Doing Business in Russia”. We also participated in the Russia-India congress in Delhi in December.

At the beginning of this year 2026, we have strengthened our “India Desk” and hired Mr. Ashutosh Kumar Singh, who is an advocate registered at the Bar Council of Delhi and is currently pursuing his Master of Laws (International Trade & Dispute Resolution) at the Higher School of Economics in Moscow, to coordinate our activities with potential Indian investors.
