Companies and individual entrepreneurs must obtain the updated certificate in advance to avoid issues with report submission.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"482\" data-end=\"722\">Starting August 28, 2025, all certificates issued by the FTS Certification Authority include an additional key usage parameter \u2014 <em data-start=\"611\" data-end=\"626\">Key Agreement<\/em>. From September 1, 2026, this parameter will be required for proper interaction with the SFR.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"724\" data-end=\"763\">A new certificate can be obtained by:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"1028\">\n<li data-start=\"764\" data-end=\"907\">\n<p data-start=\"766\" data-end=\"907\">using the renewal function in the online services <a href=\"https:\/\/lkul.nalog.ru\/\"><em data-start=\"816\" data-end=\"852\">Personal Account of a Legal Entity<\/em><\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/lkip2.nalog.ru\/lk#\/login\"><em data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"904\">Personal Account of an Individual Entrepreneur<\/em><\/a>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"956\">\n<p data-start=\"910\" data-end=\"956\">visiting an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nalog.gov.ru\/rn53\/service\/pvkep\/\">FTS CA issuance point<\/a> in person;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"957\" data-end=\"1028\">\n<p data-start=\"959\" data-end=\"1028\">applying through an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nalog.gov.ru\/rn53\/related_activities\/ucfns\/dlucfns\/\">authorized representative office<\/a> of the FTS CA.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1030\" data-end=\"1149\">Managers of branches of foreign organizations can receive the certificate only in person at an FTS CA issuance point.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1151\" data-end=\"1280\">To avoid blocked <a href=\"https:\/\/kbk-accounting.ru\/en\/services\/reporting-in-russia\/\">reporting<\/a> after September 1, 2026, companies and entrepreneurs should plan the QES renewal process in advance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Federal Tax Service of Russia has introduced a new format of the Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), mandatory for interaction with the Social Fund of Russia.
