The Federal Tax Service of Russia has introduced a new format of the Qualified Electronic Signature (QES), mandatory for interaction with the Social Fund of Russia. Companies and individual entrepreneurs must obtain the updated certificate in advance to avoid issues with report submission.<\/p>\n

Starting August 28, 2025, all certificates issued by the FTS Certification Authority include an additional key usage parameter \u2014 Key Agreement<\/em>. From September 1, 2026, this parameter will be required for proper interaction with the SFR.<\/p>\n

A new certificate can be obtained by:<\/p>\n

\n
• \n

  using the renewal function in the online services Personal Account of a Legal Entity<\/em><\/a> or Personal Account of an Individual Entrepreneur<\/em><\/a>;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

• \n

  visiting an FTS CA issuance point<\/a> in person;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

• \n

  applying through an authorized representative office<\/a> of the FTS CA.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Managers of branches of foreign organizations can receive the certificate only in person at an FTS CA issuance point.<\/p>\n

  To avoid blocked reporting<\/a> after September 1, 2026, companies and entrepreneurs should plan the QES renewal process in advance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
